UPDATED 4/10/2020: Tubman's response to COVID-19

As a nonprofit with a mission of safety, hope, and healing, Tubman's priority during this time of pandemic is the health and safety of our clients, staff, volunteers, and the communities in which we serve. We are in ongoing conversation with community partners about the coronavirus, or COVID-19, and are monitoring recommendations from elected and public health officials.

We are working with staff throughout our agency to prepare for any necessary absences from work, including work-from-home options when available based on job responsibilities, as well as adapting our policies around absences, medical leaves, and paid-time-off donations in order to support our staff if they are personally impacted by COVID-19. Our goal is to support all Tubman staff throughout this situation, prioritizing the health and wellbeing of everyone in our programs.

If programs or services are temporarily suspended or events are cancelled during this COVID-19 pandemic, we will update our website and share notices on our Facebook page. If you have questions about any particular service, you can call our 24-hour-line at 612.825.0000.

Updates as of April 10, 2020:
