Community-Based Supportive Housing Program in Hennepin County
Tubman provides up to one year of housing for families and single adults who identify as victims of relationship violence. We help people find a safe place to live in the community as part of the Rapid ReHousing program, and also provide comprehensive support services, including additional resources and referrals as needed.
All referrals to this program are managed through the Hennepin County Coordinated Entry System, which can be reached at (612) 348-4111.
Safe Journeys Transitional Housing for Youth: Tubman has a limited number of rooms for young people ages 16-20 (or up to 24 with variance approval) for supportive transitional housing.
