All services are subject to conflict checks, income and jurisdiction requirements. Services are provided by staff attorneys, contract attorneys, and volunteer attorneys. Tubman cannot offer legal services if an attorney is already retained by a client.
Pro bono representation is a very limited resource. Participating in a legal screening does not guarantee legal representation.
